General terms and agreement
By placing an order with The Sand Station, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Ordering
Orders can only be made through our webshop. Please note, titles are reserved on the basis of ‘first come, first served’.
Shipment schedule and costs
We try to deliver orders at least once a week, and send our packages with track and trace. For sales within the EU: local tax will automatically be added when checking out. The Sand Station will combine all orders in one shipment. If one title is delayed, this will delay the shipment of a combined order. All packages can be traced with track and trace.
Return policy
If a book arrives damaged to your address, or if an order is incomplete, please contact us on mail@thesandstation.com. We will offer you a full refund or to send the product again. All orders can be returned within 30 days as long as they are in excellent condition. Any packaging can be removed but must be sent back. Please note that as the customer, you first have to accept the original delivery. If you do not and the parcel is returned back to us, all delivery and shipping expenses fall on you. Also remember that you are responsible for a returned product until it reaches us. Please send the package with a dispatch number so that it can be traced. When returning goods by post please ensure to enclose a copy of your receipt. If you have not received one or lost it, you can contact us at mail@thesandstation.com Returns sent to us without approved return or complaint confirmation will not be accepted. All return costs are on behalf of the customer.
